Blight on Bright Sands sourcebook has all details you need: http://www.theocracyofthepale.com/scenarios/bright_sands.pdf

Thanks.

I wish they would have put it in the sourcebook or dispel confusion.

Do you know if there are any other sources avalible besides the core & completes?

Everything is indicated in LGCS. You should be able to download it from the link above.

Everything you can use from the books is in the LGCS 4.2 sourcebook. if its not listed on their you can't use it.

Now you can find other various things in other books that may not be in the LGCS in adventures that you play.

Simpi- Thanks for the "Blight on Bright Sands sourcebook". I have read through it and am checking with a DM on running that camp. so we can try out the new options.

In my other post I was asking if there were any other books not listed in the LGCS besides sandstorm or additional rules for a book, like making a Frostfell char. (yes I know Frostburn is in the LGCS but didn't know if there were more rules, kinda like sandstorm) I don't think there are any other books, but better to ask and know.

As said above the sandstorm stuff isn't listed in the LGCS 4.2, but you can use it. (I have learned there are ALWAYS exeptions and to try to be prepared for them)

Currently, there is nothing with the scope of Bright Sands that allows the use of Frostburn material. I'm hoping there is something in the planning stages, though.

I've also not seen any core, regional, or meta-regional that gives access to material from Frostburn. Granted, I don't have the greatest access to regional or meta-regional materials (I don't travel too often). I wold not be supprised if a few things start to show up before the end of they year in core mods, though.

Also note, that currently, none of the Frostburn material is core access. That is a pity, IMO.

The spell Obedient Avalance is Core and it's in Frostburn...That's the only thing though :D

I wouldn't mind if the stuff was core or limited as long as there was a way to use the limited things. I think it adds to the RPing when you have chars. from vastly different climates in the same game. (I played a a snow elf in a Midnight camp.)

Meta-organisations and access from modules is one way. However, I don't see meta-orgs granting access to that much stuff unless region can incorporate winter theme somehow.

Places in the north like Perrenland (for example), no much trouble there but southern places such as Naerie (with sub-tropical climate) would look silly if it was crawling with frostragers or what not.

Oh, and in my opinion way too much stuff is 'core' in living greyhawk. Prestige classes are nothing special anymore since pretty much everything can be taken now without any restrictions.

The RPGA campaigns are generally not as flexible as a "home game" so that's why most of the material is limited.
Plus the Circle and authors (at least they should) look to canon as to what stuff was in Greyhawk before, so no whisper gnomes in LG.

In the source book, p. 3 'Bhuka' are not listed as a race that is available as a new PC yet 'Lord of the Tides' _is_ listed as a Prestige Class? Am I missing something? and Why? oh Why? are they not included?

Lord of Tides does not require you to be Bhuka, though I think that race would have been a better addition instead of Asheratis.

Lord of Tides does have a special requirement, but I assume one BoBS module will have an AR marking that grants access to this prestige class.
