Scout Skills question [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-15-06, 06:34 PM I creating a new 1st level scout, and while picking skills I noticed neither Disable Device nor Open Lock were on their list. Seeing how they get trapfinding, this is a very odd occurence. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this situation.

10-15-06, 06:43 PM Always check your errata (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/er/20040125a) first :) ; Disable Device was added to the scout's list of class skills. Open Lock is not a class skill for them as it does not fit the flavor of the class.
