Scroll Question? [Archive] - Wizards Community

Do you have automatic access to scrolls of spells that show up in Complete Divine and the like, or do you have to gain it through an AR? (Or scribe it).

08-06-06, 02:38 PM To gain access to a scroll of something outside the DMG scroll list, you need to have it on an AR

- OR -

Be able to cast the spell and Craft a Scroll of your own.

So you can't just buy a scroll of Vigor, Lesser. But if you are a Druid or Cleric level 3+ and have the scribe scroll feat, you could make them (needing level 3+ so you can cast from a core source outside the PHB).
