Of course, if you're playing a druid, the spontaneous healer feat in the complete divine might be better. I just have to look at the LGCS to see if it's aloud. |

This from memory, so it may be wrong, but I think that the answer is "no", unless you have either the Spontaneous Healer Feat (which you mentioned) or levels in the Geomancer prestige class (from Complete Divine).
