Um.

I got my mailout of cards today- but I think I have way, *way* too many. Basically I got the whole set five times over (including the Snow Elf creation card). What should I do about this?

Cheers,

Dave.

I think the concensus is to share with the less fortunate. Give them away to new players. It will help generate more interest for them.

None here either. And I think all of those that I play with locally have theirs now.

Me three. Also the last person locally (known to me) to get their cards (assuming I do, eventually, get them).

It's all location location location.....

I have alot of points (seems that way to me)

Yet my mailing address is Bangkok Thailand. I am sure someone has looked at it and thought it was a joke and didn't send!!!!

Mine haven't arrived yet, either, despite many other local players having had theirs. I have no idea how they do it. I'm going to wait a while yet before kicking up a fuss!

Regarding 'too many' cards, although the letter with the DM's Rewards (or perhaps with the template) looked like the normal one, it actually said something like "apologies for the problems with this mailing, we'll double the number of cards we send to say sorry". So if you had a lot of points (did you go to D&D XP?) then that could turn into a lot of cards!

My fat stack of cards holds something like 100 cards now. I found, the cards to be a great way to pass time. My Stack doubles up as a hefty free weight. So while people argue over pointless rules and threaten to cast brair's web at each other I simply ask other player to spot me so I get some quick sets of skullcrushers and dumb bell curls in so my Dice rolling power is always at prime. :P :D

When my stack got about 12 inches high I started giving them away to new LG players at conventions. Share the love, says I.

I got doubles in mine to. So I traded one of the Snow Elf cards to my brother for a 'Displacer Beast Manhunter' mini.
He hasn't gotten his cards yet and was worried he wouldn't get to create a Snow Elf
I agree with the fore-mentioned posts, Share the love :D

You can always give a set to the Tvknight415 Foundation for Gamers who don't play that often and didn't play at all this rewards cycle. The Tvknight415 Foundation might even be willing to part with a couple of cards for your generous donation (but no, I can't throw in a thank you during American Idol - that would be payola). :D

No cards here either.

Maybe 14 separate emails to custserv will help.

WooooT

Wow WOTC does love degenerates!!! I just got my cards.......

only 6, but it's a start and i would like to retract my previous statement and very surprised and pleased by WOTC RPGA support.

To mail to Thailand, well it shows commitment to the community and that community is growing. It wouldn't surpise me if Bangkok is one of the biggest roleplaying centers in South-East Asia. So thanks to the support staff of RPGA.. Good work!

Now about these cards, I got three LG and 3 Ebberon.

The LG are:
Snow Elf creation
Reroll saving throw (need alertness feat)
Feat of Strength (+8 to Str check)

For the Snow Elf, if I use it does it get torn up afterwards? Can another player use it?

For Feat of Strength, how many times am I allowed to use it? The reroll saving throw card said once per mod, but the Strength card makes no mention, What are the rules? Are all general cards allowed to be used once per mod?

Cheers

No cards ever get torn up. You need the Snow Elf Card every time you play your Snow Elf but it can be used by someone else when you aren't using it.

Cards can only be used once per mod.

You can only have one card per 4 character levels (rounded up!) for each mod.

Still waiting. :(

Of course I already have and used a snow elf card (SotHH) which I received from one person who had 30 cards mailed to him.
