Martial 2handed Weapon does Non-leathal Damage (Big Sap) from Book of Exhalted Deeds

I haven't and wouldn't expect to -in fact I hope you can't find one.

Sounds like just the sort of item people don't like BoED for.

That said if it's anywhere it should be in Ket.

The merciful weapon Enchantment is an alternative if you can find it. It just costs more.

If you're willing to take a -2 penalty, you can wield an oversized sap and be able to use it one handed. The trick is finding a large sap.

Also, there is a feat in the PHB2 (Or complete Scoundrel) that reduces the penalty for doing nonlethal damage.

Good thing they're Open access, then.

But the other choices are:

1: Take a feat and take the -2 penalty anyway.

2: Take nothing and suffer the -4.

3: Buy a Merciful Weapon. Which costs money.

4: Buy a large sap, and take a -2 penalty for only a few extra gold. Flank when possible.

5: Get access to a weapon from a book that is years old. Which isn't very likely.
