08-06-05, 08:50 AM They can't move in D&D RPG except on their own turn, so they do not run immediately when turned. Some DMs will let you know which ones appear turned at that moment while others will wait for the undead's initiative. I don't think there's a fast rule on that, so it's up to individual DMs.
