It seems odd that when the "man with no name" wanders into town and does good, that it can't be glorious. maybe he can, but Clint Eastwood never was in one of the Spaghetti Western he played in ;) i am not sure what to expect from a "full 2.1 version" of the deities document. changing any substantial "rule items" of the presented gods would need a mini-conversion for whatever number of clerics is affected. simply adding lots of items - additional new domains, additional weapons - to some gods might tilt the balance. so i see mostly added flavor and descriptive texts, maybe some few additional gods and very few substantial changes. ciao martin m. ps: maybe someone in-charge is willing to open a discussion topic what players suggest to be changed.

I expect lots more descriptive text for the other deities. It's available in 2nd edition books for most of them. The deities were assigned X number of domains based on their rank, so they can't gain new domains without losing old ones. That's disruptive to existing PCs, so I expect it to be fairly limited. You may see more prestige class access for divine type, I suggested that Asterinian should have Divine Pranksters, and there are a number of new prestige classes which have been released since the initial version of the deities document. Personal guess: I wouldn't count on any of the "new" deities from the Races books to be brought into Greyhawk...they've got no canon connection to the setting.
