Howie23 06-17-06, 07:37 PM	The current LGCS identifies that Circle rulings on campaign wide issues on the official boards (such as this one) are valid. What is the status of Circle rulings that were made on other boards at various times in the past? Some of these are collected on various websites (Pale, Zeif, etc). Many of those rulings were made on the yahoo groups. Are those older rulings, made by circle members, still valid? If yes, is that for all newsgroups? Or, have these rulings become guidelines rather than valid rulings? Thx. David
WotC_Tulach 06-24-06, 10:30 AM	All rulings from the past are still valid, but I believe I have collected all pertinent ones in the LGCS, so from the point of this LGCS forward, all Circle rulings will have an official stamp if they meet the conditions specified in the LGCS.
