This is going to sound like a silly question, but are there restrictions on the size of AR certificates? I have a visually impaired player and I would hate for her ARs to be concidered invalid if they are A3 instead of A4.

Not that I'm aware of from the LGCS and to be honest LG already uses differing paper size standards between regions.

US certs are shorter and wider than Euro certs as in the US I had to chop off the sides to make them fit my A4 plastic wallets. Translating 'bloody cold' from deg F to deg C to work out exactly how cold Winter Fantasy was was no fun either :D

In reality I doubt anyone will mind considering the reason, I know I wouldn't if I was DMing.

I would say if you can get them printed onto 17" x 22" paper to go for it. There's no requirement for them to be any particular size. I have to reduce the size of them slightly when print them because of my printer. As long as everything is legible, the size shouldn't make a difference. Heck, you might even be able to work it out to print the top half on one side and the bottom half on the reverse side, so it was still just 8 1/2" x 11". I don't think that any GM would ever give him/her a problem over it, as long as it was filled out and signed correctly and all on one piece of paper.
