| ireidt03-31-05, 10:21 PM | I just got my RPGA card and passed the Herald level GM test, and I wanted to run a living greyhawk gamwe at the local hobby store. So i was looking into picking up the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer. i go online, and I am searching for it ( ebay, and such ) and I found 2 diff ones with fdiff cover art. First off, is there more than one Living Greyhawk Gazetteer? and if so, which one to buy? |

If you look at the WotC product catalog, you see this: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=products/dndacc/867270000 Which has the same publish date (11/00) as the LGG I have...but the LGG I have has a totally different cover (it depicts, IIRC, Rary the Traitor, a bald guy, with a dragon). |

Ed The short one is the Greyhawk Gazetteer, the long one is the Living Greyhawk Gazeteer. Sounds silly, but there's a considerable diffrence in content. Andrew Beard |
| Amaril04-01-05, 08:35 PM | the short version is actually the D&D Gazetteer (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=products/dndacc/117420000) and runs 32-pages long. |

This cover never saw print status. It's actually quite funny, that it is still presented by WotC. AFAIK it was used as a design sample only... The bald guy btw is no one else but Mordenkainen (see the Miniature from Giants of Legend for similarities)! :) |
