In the LGCS none of the shapeshifting or form altering spells that are mentioned in the core rulebooks or supplements that have come out lately are mentioned under the spells section. Are these spells allowed in the Living Greyhawk campaign and, if not, why?

Any spells in the core PHB are allowed unless specifically identified in the LGCS as being Limited or Restricted. If from another book, such as Races of the Wild or Complete Divine, they will then be listed if allowed. Certain allowed spells are commented on with clarification on their effects in a different section of the LGCS, otherwise they work as written in the respective source book.

Thank you for the information. I was wondering about that since it didn't mention those spells on the core, limited, or restricted lists in the LGCS. Thanks again.
