05-03-04, 06:04 PM does anyone know the ways to get access to it in the Duchy of Urnst?

05-04-04, 12:22 PM We don't provide access to it through any meta-orgs right now.

We have (or at least I have) some thoughts as to what to do with it.

If you really don't want to wait for my thoughts to percolate (it can take a while), then I would suggest that you try to find another region that can satisfy that need.
