Year 3 adventures: Official verifications request [Archive] - Wizards Community

I've decided a message like this with an official response would be
beneficial to the Living Greyhawk community, seeing that the year 3
adventures have already expired so there is no chance of there being
any spoilers. A reply would be helpful, as David Baker's already
useful archiving of official Circle rulings has helped a lot.

The Hidden Fortress: The e-mail for Creighton is incorrect on the
AR. What should the corrected e-mail address be?

Fury of a Cold Man's Heart: Can the Medallion of Dis be sold, in
case one chooses to actually sell it (in case they never had the
chance to play the 3rd part of the series)?

Circle of Sin: On the AR, it states "Your next Core or Cross-
Regional Living Greyhawk adventure shall only cost 1 TU per round."
Does this actually mean the next core adventure, or any one core
adventure in the future? The answer I received in private was the
latter, but it would be nice to have public verification.

Sepulcher of the Wizard King: For those who purchased the keystone
and had no opportunity to use it, can it be sold?

Traitor's Road: There are two prices for Rary's Silver Songbird on
the AR; in the box of items, and in the "Items Found During The
Adventure" session. Also, it is a fact that this magic item is
described differently within the adventure itself. Which is correct?

Hunt for the Rogue: It has never been announced in a public message
whether the Leadership feat is a requirement to take the Modron
cohort. Can this be confirmed via a response to this message once
and for all?

General Ether Threat question: In year 2, the Etherspitters had stats of their own that aren't 3.0 friendly. What are the stats of those creatures now? Considering some people purchased the tome in Isle of Woe that allows these creatures to be summoned, this is important.

Perhaps if I've missed some issues, other can add it on to this
thread. But I ask that these questions get official answers to them
to deal with the "Year Three Sweeps".
