07-01-04, 11:00 AM I have a +4 duskwood brestplate with the wild (+3) and nimbleness (+1 MoF, +2 to max dex, decreases chk penalty by 1) enchantments. I need another cool +1 enchantment to finish it out.

Also I was thinking of the 100% fortification enchantment for my shield, is it worth it or is there any thing else I should go for? I already have a scareb of protection so SR is set but can I boost my SR somehow?

07-01-04, 11:49 AM I'd favor leaving it at +9 total and spending the money elsewhere, as there aren't many good +1 enhancements that I know of, especially if you have a Heavy Fortification shield (which is very valuable when facing Rogues, highly recommended).

Boosting SR is tougher. AFAIK, any SR from another source would overlap with the scarab of protection instead of stacking, so you'd need something granting more than SR 20 by itself. Unless there's something I don't know of that would stack (entirely possible) you're probably best off sticking with the scarab.

07-01-04, 11:57 AM I didn't even remember the snk attk thing and that why I wanted it in the first place, thanks. I have the money to finish off the armor and have a couple of great weapons and my main weapon is maxed out so I thought I would just finish off the armor.

Is there anything that give more then SR 20?

Not in the DMG, other than the mantle of spell resistance which is only 21. (At least, not that I can find ATM.)

07-01-04, 04:21 PM Sorry to jump off topic on you.. but that nimble armour ability, does it stack with mithril?

Also, instead of a +1 adj, why not spend that same money on the armour and give it shadow, or silent moves enhancement? It is always nice to have that kind of bonus.. and keeps your other slots open for different items.
