01-11-07, 10:40 PM My sorceror that I am running right now wants to try and make his own spells. She's very much Chaotic though, and would be more willing to cast a spell to see peoples reaction than to actually get the effect.

I imagine that Cantrips or 1st Level Spells would be the best, but anything is welcome.

And by 'seemingly useless' I mean spells like the one I saw somewhere called "Cough" that causes the subject to... Cough. Most likely use: Mess with someone. Impromptu use: Disrupt Concentration.

Gender confused?

Prestidigitation is at the top of my "seemingly useless" list. It has so many uses, it's mind-boggling. :)

01-12-07, 12:31 AM I agree with him; Prestidigitation has a variaty of effects. Cool someomes coffee! Warm someones milk! Keep knocking the quill off of someones desk, or float it above their head!
Also, Daze could be useful. Have someone singing then make them stop for six seconds.
Open/Close to just mess with someone trying to shut the cabinet.
Arcane Mark to permanently put various profanities on someones face and or loved ones!
Any of the Image spells can scare the s*** out of someone.
Message to convince someone that a ghost is speaking to them, so Ghost Sound goes with that too.
Those are just a few.

01-12-07, 01:59 PM Cantrip -Shift dental plaque

Shift plaque - With a word the caster's mouth is minty clean. This spell can be empowered so that the plaque actually grows in the mouth of another.
Touch Attack
Will save.
Command words - "You dont look so well..."
