| Ninefour_Thetwelve02-06-08, 02:17 PM | I know that 10th level spells and higher don't formally exist anymore, but I would like to know if there is somewhere that has a list of them and how they would translate to v3.5 because in my campaign I would like to introduce them. Either by having the gods take note in the pc's actions and using the spells, or the pc's uncover the mysteries of becoming a god and unlocking those spell levels. Can anyone help me out? |

Its all sort of in the planning stage as of yet, however one good place to start is to just make higher versions of summon monster, like say Summon Monster X, its not too difficult, just find out the trend of CR's for lower level SM spells then extrapolate from there. Another way to come up with higher level effects is to make an amalgam of 3 or 4 of your favorite spell effects, so if you wanted a major debuff spell you could pick through your PHB and Spell Compendium until you find 3 or 4 debuff spells like say Unluck, Enervation and Howling Chain, so combine them together and then try to determine how powerful the new spell is (This one would probably be pretty steep). |
