Hi Everyone. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

1. SLIME WAVE = This spell was reprinted from MotW into the new Comp Divine book. I hear some people talking about how broken it is.
A. Apparently its because it makes multiple 5' square patch of green slime which really hurts large and bigger creatures?
B. What are some creative battlefield tactics to use with this spell to really make it effective?
C. Also, does it take a standard action or a full round action to "scrape off" 1 individual 5' patch? And does it take a Huge-size creature (or bigger) longer to scrape the slime off because more of it is covering him? Regarding "scraping off", how do creatures like Bebilith or Hook Horrors scrape this stuff off if they have no hands?

2. DRUIDIC ANTI-UNDEAD SPELLS = My 11th level Druid will be facing a lot of undead in the upcoming campaign. Vampires, Ghosts, Liches, the whole 9 yards. And a *LOT* of them to boot. What are some good tactics and spells for my Druid to arm himself with since over half of all the encounters will most likely be undead?

Thanks again!

I think there is a lower-level "Sunburst"-like spell for hurting undead in Complete Divine...but try to pick up a staff/scrolls of Sunbeam. That's multiple blasts of anti-undead power out of one spell.

thanks, Spoony Bard - I found some good fire spells in the CD.

....

Anybody else have any answers regarding my Slime Wave questions?

Seems to be there is some "open to interpretation" issues with some of Slime Wave's mechanics.

Also, I'd love feedback on how effective the spell is - or good tactics to use with it. :)

Slime Wave is the bomb! slap that spell on top a huge-size creature and they get ***9*** patches of 5' slime on top of them.

that's 9d6 CON damage right off the bat if they fail their reflex save. and the targets gets no SR! perfect spell to throw on dragons at high levels.

If the new slime wave is anything like the old, there are a few things to note. It's one patch of slime per 5' facing, so a huge creature gets 3 patches (doing 3d6 con damage, still a lot!). Also, it just takes a round to scrap it all off, not each patch.

Ah, per facing. Okay, that's more manageable.

But many of my questions still remain.

I assume 1 round = 1 full round action, yes? Also, what happens if you scrape off the green slime with your hands (or claws or whatever) ... and you are still standing in it? And stuff like that.
