1. If a Duskblade uses "Blade of Blood" on a weapon, can he at the same time use Shocking Grasp (or any other touch spell) at the same time with his channel ability?

2. In Complete Mage there is a reserve feat "Storm Bolt". There is neither mentioned a Save nor an Touch Attack. All equivalent reserve feats have some limitations. Is the description of this one erroneous?

Neigther Acidic Splatter nor Clap of Thunder allow a save for the damage effect.
The Storm Bolt is a 'line' effect, so it has no touch attack (if you are there, you get the damage).

Blade of Blood is not channelling (the text says that it infuses, but it is functioning as a normal spell). You can cast Blade of Blood, then Channel Shocking Grasp into a melee attack.

But both feats you mentioned require a touch attack. And Storm Bolt does not as I mentioned.
All Reserve Feats providing an attack have some limitation. nameley either an attack roll or a save. So I don't see your point here.

The second part concerning "Blade of Blood" I would agree with you. There was a discussion during game play concerning this and I wanted some backup;)
