1) My items get a saving throw against Mage's Disjunction, but do I (for my buff spells)? What about Antimagic Ray?

2) Can Wildshape be used to go into a creature with a template? If yes, how do you handle paragon creatures?

No.
What about Antimagic Ray?
Antimagic Ray allows a will save to negate the effect.

2) Can Wildshape be used to go into a creature with a template?
Yes.
If yes, how do you handle paragon creatures?
You ask the druid if they have ever seen a paragon [whatever] before.
The form chosen must be that of an animal the druid is familiar with.
Or you could just tell the druid that they aren't able to wildshape into paragon creatures.

09-03-06, 02:21 PM 2) Can Wildshape be used to go into a creature with a template?No. The errataed wild shape states it functions like the alternate form special ability, which itself states "A creature cannot use alternate form to take the form of a creature with a template."

If you don't follow the PHB "polymorph" errata, then wild shape functions like the polymorph spell, which, since it functions like alter self, also does not allow assuming a form from a template.
