as far as I can read an AMF only surpress spells, and I cant find anything in the text that says that you cant cast a spell after you have made your AMF...
So I could basicly cast an AMF and then next round cast fireball at the badguys who stands 20 feet away without getting hit??
this does seem broken, but i cant find anything in the text that should stop me... perhaps you can?

AMF breaks line of effect for spells. If your line to the target square passes through a square that contains an AMF, the spell is wasted. Thus, when you're standing inside an AMF, all your spells are wasted since the square you're standing in is breaking your line of effect to anywhere else.

There is one teensy exception -- spells cast on yourself. You always have line of effect to yourself regardless of the circumstances, but any magical effects cast inside an AMF will be suppressed. (So casting enlarge person on yourself works, but you won't get bigger until you leave the AMF.)
