If I want to make a, say, Headband of Will that gives bonuses to Will saves is the cost structure the following:

((1/2 bonus) squared) x 1,000gp

+2 Headband of Will = +1 Cloak of Resistance = 1,000gp
+4 Headband of Will = +2 Cloak of Resistance = 4,000gp
etc...

Can I make an item that gives bonuses to only 1 type of save following this cost method?

The most logical thing to do (in my view, anyway), is to determine the price of a cloak of resistance with the equivalent Will bonus you want, then divide by 3 since it's only affecting one save. But that's just my opinion. (And I'm assuming the bonus will be a resistance bonus. Different kinds of bonuses might change the price, particularly if it's unnamed.)

What kSquared said, except...

I make Bonus to a Single Save priced at one-half that of the full save bonus.
The sum of the individual parts is greater than the whole. :D

I don't think that's necessary - you're still taking up multiple slots doing them individually, so it's still disadvantageous to do it at 1/3 instead of buying a Cloak.
