3.5 Can a helm have Armor properties added like a Bracer? [Archive] - Wizards Community

I don't mean to have a Helm +1 that gives you +1 AC bonus, but things like Fire Resistance or Slick?

Here are the Body Slot Affinity uses:

Headband, helmet Mental improvement, ranged attacks
Hat Interaction

these cost normal.

Wondrous items that don’t match the affinity for a particular body slot should cost 50% more than wondrous items that match the affinity.

P.S., the lack of affinity is the main reason to make rings.
