This spell is based off the True Strike spell.

True Expertise
Divination
Level: Sor/Wiz 1
Components: V, F
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: See text
You gain temporary, intuitive insight into the immediate future during your next skill check. Your next single skill check (if it is made before the end of the next round) gains a +10 insight bonus. You may use this spell on a skill check that takes 1 or less rounds to complete. This spell does not allow you to gain the bonus for a skill you could not normally do yourself (you could not use it for a skill that is trained-only and you have no ranks in that skill).
Focus: A tiny book inscribed with the name of the skills to be affected.

What do you guys think? I'm pretty sure there are people who made a spell like this already, but I couldn't find it.

I cannot find anything wrong with it besides what you have already suggested (i.e. that someone else may have already come up with it.)

I like it. It moves on to the next round!

Wieldskill is a 1st level cleric spell in Magic of Faerun that gives a +10 bonus to your next skill check, or optionally gives you proficiency with one weapon of your choice for 1min/lvl.

Maybe that's what you're thinking of?

You might want to change the Focus item into something a little less metagaming than the "names of the skills to be affected." Unless your campaign world actually names the skills (as in, "Hi, I heard you train people in Spot and Survival?").
