| DarkStevenson11-28-03, 11:21 AM | I'm going to pit my players against some low level duergar clerics with the earth domain in an environment that is what the underdark is to forgotten realms for my campaign. The earth domain's second level spell is soften earth and stone. It says it can be used to break unworked stone. That mean that the evil clerics can use the spell to pretty much make a rain of debris fall upon the PC's. I have calculated that each casting of the spell can affect approximately 27 cubic feet of stone and I have found the rules for falling objects and how much damage they do but how much will the above mentioned rock weigh? and if I do somehow miraculously find out the weight do you think the spell should allow a save against the damage? |
