1. I cast Spiritual Weapon and it attacks a creature.
2. Said creature grapple's me and enter's my square.
3. Next round:

Can my Spiritual Weapon attack the creature if I'm in a grapple with it?

If it can, does it have a miss change to hit me (attacking into a grapple)?

Thanks.

Can my Spiritual Weapon attack the creature if I'm in a grapple with it?It not only can, it will unless you redirect it.

If your spiritual weapon is a melee weapon, it will not hit you.

When attacking into a grapple, only ranged attacks have a chance to hit the wrong target. (PHB pg. 151, table 8-6) When the defender of an attack is grappling, there is no bonus to hit for ranged or melee attacks. In both cases, the defender loses their Dex bonus to AC. In the case of ranged attacks, you roll randomly to see which grappler combatant you hit and that
defender still loses any Dexterity bonus to AC.
