Anyone had the stats for a Glove of Spectral Hand?

I'm a little confused on how much it exactly costs if I wanted to cast Spectral Hand 3 times per day from a glove.

Spectral Hand is 2nd level.
Minimum Caster Level is 3.
Use Activated is 2000gp.
3/day divides prive by (5/3)
Glove is a quickness slot. Non-affinity.

2 x 3 x 2000 x 1.5 / (5/3) = 10,800 gp.

The spectral hand will last 3 minutes.

If you want it to last longer than 3 minutes, it will need to be at a higher caster level.

5 minutes = 18,000gp
10 minutes = 36,000gp

A glove of spectral hand made to simply operate at will would cost:
2 x 3 x 2000 x 1.5 x 2 = 36,000gp

Pick your poison.

Could I change the description slightly so that if they are more than 10-feet away you "throw" the hand at the target as a ranged touch attack?

If the hand misses it automatically moves back to you without discharging the spell.

Does that sound reasonable?

The reason I'm doing that is that I'm a halfling wizard and I get a bonus to "thrown" weapons :-)

No. The spell operates as the spell description:A ghostly, glowing hand shaped from your life force materializes and moves as you desire, allowing you to deliver low-level, touch range spells at a distance. On casting the spell, you lose 1d4 hit points that return when the spell ends (even if it is dispelled), but not if the hand is destroyed. (The hit points can be healed as normal.) For as long as the spell lasts, any touch range spell of 4th level or lower that you cast can be delivered by the spectral hand. The spell gives you a +2 bonus on your melee touch attack roll, and attacking with the hand counts normally as an attack. The hand always strikes from your direction. The hand cannot flank targets like a creature can. After it delivers a spell, or if the hand goes beyond the spell range, goes out of your sight, the hand returns to you and hovers.
That means you make a ranged touch attack, but don't add any bonuses for "thrown" weapons.

In fact, it's better for you because a ranged touch attack doesn't count armor bonuses, whereas a "thrown" attack would still have to defeat the target's armor bonus.
