What kind of magical items can you make from a Dwarven beard?

You put it on and look and have the properties of a dwarf?

You get a bunch of bonuses vs. dwarves?

What would you suggest?

I LN dwarf of Moradin 'lost' it, or rather removed it, when he turned evil.

Make it an alternative Disguise kit. +4 circumstance bonus to Disguise checks, but only when impersonating a Dwarf.

Braid it into a rope? Personally, I would give it extra hit points, or possibly a point or two of hardness...

Use the beard of a dwarf to weave a girdle of feminity/masculinity. With both sexes of dwarf wearing a beard, it seems like the perfect gender-bender material component.

Flowing Beard of Tensile Strength - Provides 1/4 - 1/2 cover against frontal assault.

Braids of Disarming - Opponents taking a regular or full attack action (i.e. not rushing or charging) with a medium or light weapon have a chance to be disarmed by the animated braids snatching their weapon.

Beard of the Globe Trotter - 3/day you can produce items out of the beard (i.e. 5th lvl Major Creation) :D
