symons 04-11-04, 02:11 PM	In my game I have a player who is a 7 level Ranger and a 2 Level Wizard who has a wand of Fireball, if he use the wand in his mithral chain shirt does he have a spell failure of 10% or is there no chance of spell failure with a wand. Please note that I know that he has a spell failure chance when he casts one of his wizards spells but not his Ranger Spells.
