So am I reading it wrong or is this a way for a cleric to get Greater teleport self only plus 50 lbs of gear for a 6th level spell |
| CryoSilver06-25-05, 09:12 PM | I'm pretty sure any cleric is going to have a lot more than 50 pounds of stuff. |
| Jaid06-25-05, 09:25 PM | the 50 lb limit doesn't matter, because the Babau doesn't have that much stuff (or if he does, you'd tell him to leave it all there for you to swipe, and therefore no DM would allow it =P ) so, you swap, he teleports (because you control him), and then you come back in the new location. and, yes, it does indeed seem to be useful for that. although obviously, a Babau showing up isn't necessarily going to be accepted in some places, you could still probably at least get near (or a lot closer) to those places. |
