A 3.0 haste question. [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-03-07, 07:37 PM What exactly makes in so broken? It only said you get a +4 bonus to ac and some other effects, nothing about getting another spell, did customer service make a bad judgement call?

12-03-07, 08:34 PM The extra partial action per round is what made haste 3.0 so broken. Partial actions don't exist anymore, but think of it as a move action or a standard action. One more of those per round with no restriction PLUS the other effects is better than Celerity in 3.5.
