| Danor09-27-07, 07:32 PM | I need some help here. It is said that,"Gold dragons also cast cleric spells and those from the Law, Luck, and Good domains as arcane spells." This taken from the discription found here. http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/tt/20060808a What does this exactly mean? I would very much like this information for another game I am playing and the DnD discriptions are the best I have ever seen. But the problem is I don't have a Player's Handbook, a Monster manual, or the Draconion that would help explain this. I am working on getting them but don't have them at this time. Can anyone help me out here? I have been trying to sift and search through the DnD article sections which have been greatly helpful but I can seem to find information about this. *So What are Cleric spells exactly? *How do they differ from acane spells and what does it mean to cast a cleric spell like an arcane spell? *What spells are in the Good, Law, and Luck domains and what are these domains? Thank you in advance for anyone who can help shed some light on this subject for me. |

It means the dragon can learn spells that regular sorcerers can not such as cure. The dragon may also get some spells available at lower level from domain options. AS for the rest of your questions I suggest you pop over to SRD. Or google the Hypertext SRD and have a look. These are free online versions of the core rulebooks you can browse and study. I can asnwer your questions but the information would not be helpful out of context. |
