Kouk 03-12-08, 11:42 AM	Yes, it is in PHB2. The target is "Creature Touched", and it says it moves a creature. So you can't target an object. You probably could rip the board off the ship and then teleport while holding it. Teleportation effects typically allow the creature to carry up to their max weight. Dimension Hop doesn't mention any carried objects, but I think it is safe to assume it is implied, or creatures would keep ending up 5 feet away naked.
Seeker95 03-12-08, 12:41 PM	The imagery is not without humor. Kinda like when my players learned that when the polymorph or shapechange into a creature that can't wear the clothing they are already wearing, they end up naked in that form.
