My question has nothing to do with which ruling (the hp thing) to use, as i have already discussed it with my DM. On to my question...

It is my understanding that you can use Polymorph Any Object to Polymorph into a golem. Is this correct, and if so, are there any limits on the number of HD for the golem you wish to PAO into? If the HD limit is as Polymorph, then is there a way to increase this HD limit beyond 15? Or is there a way to Polymorph (or PAO) into a creature with more HD than your caster level (or current HD)? And will you still be able to cast spells in the new form?

With PAO, you can become *anything*, including a golem. However, I recommend, despite the absence of explicitly rules, that the same HD cap for polymorph be applied to this spell as well.
