Polymorph....when a creature polymorphs (through whatever means..innate ability, spell..etc) it gains the extraordinary abilities of the form it polymorphs into. Generally extraordinary abilities are related to a physical characteristic. Constriction for example if you polymorph into a snake. Now the question is this...do you lose the extraordinary abilities of your previous form. Example... an outsider has the extraordinary ability of Energy resistance Fire 20. It polymorphs into ..say a rust monster..which does not have this extraordinary ability... Does the creature lose its fire resistance? |
