| Ranger_Elf06-16-04, 01:14 PM | Hi everybody, I'm new to D&D(and this board) and was wondering if someone could help answer a question I have about different kinds of spell users. I know that the Sorcerer picks a selection of magic from the entire sorcerer spell list and puts them on his known spell list. Then he can cast any of them any time he wants provided he has enough spells per day left. However, I'm a bit confused about how the wizard casts his spells. I know he has to choose his spells for the day in advance but my question is: Where does he prepare his spells from? Does he choose them from the entire Wizard spell list or am I missing something? |
