If one is put into Temporal Stasis while a spell, like, say, Bull's Strength is active, does Bull's Strength's duration keep running even though the character is not? Or will Bull's Strength's duration resume running only when the Temporal Stasis is removed? Thanks.

The spell keeps running, and will likely expire before the character re-animates.

Nope, the effects from the spells are being powered from an outside force which are not affected by the stasis. When an arcane caster casts a spell, they are bending the forces of magic that already exist in the world into a form that they can use. Wizards do this through ritual and basically knowing how to divert magic here and there to get the right result, sorcerers do it by simply sculpting that raw magic like clay.

When they cast a spell like Bull's Strength, they shape the magic around the person they cast it on. As time goes on, picture it like the "mound of magic" is melting away back into the formless magic covering the world.

Just because the person it was cast on isn't aging doesn't mean the magic isn't.
