I know this may sound like a silly question, but I am just curious.
Can phantasmal killer affect a paladin? If a paladin is cast on a phantasmal killer spell, does he have to roll will save? If he fails the will save, and then unfortunately, fails fort save again, can he die from fear, just like the description of phantasmal killer in SRD?
Thanks!

Once he's immune to fear, he's immune to PK.

If a paladin is cast on a phantasmal killer spell

that doesn't seem overly easy to do... I am not sure the rules have any support to hurling holy warriors onto targeted spell effects :P

Maybe it was a living spell?:D

Oh, Iam so sorry....it's kinda embarrassing, but what I really meant was "If a Phantasmal killer spell is cast on a paladin....". I guess when I was typing this on my computer, something funny happened on my fingers:(
Anyway, thanks for your guys' replies:)

However, I do have another question about PK. Let's say I am a wizard. Accidentally, I trigger a PK trap, but a paladin is standing together with me. Then I think according to the description of aura of courage, I should get +4 bonus on my will save against PK. Am I right?

yes if you were with in 10 feet of a paladin of 3rd level or higher you would get a +4 bonus to your saves vs. the phantasmal killer spell.

To clarify, not just to the Will save, but also for the Fort if you fail the Will... The entire spell is a FEAR spell, not just the Will part.
