Olà,

a little question:

What good magic / nonmagic items are out there for a rogue, based on dagger fighting (rogue/invisible blade/assassin build), expept the standarts:

-Daggers (a lot of them)
-Armor
-Buckler
-Bow + arrows
-Items to boost dex (int/str)

?

I couldn't be bribed to allow that in my campaign. ;) But I sure would try to bribe my DM if I was playing a rogue.

I keep posting this, for some reason, but that's because it's so cool:Dart Sheath of Anariel: Dart Sheaths of Anariel appear to be typical dart sheaths capable of holding a score of darts. However, the sheaths automatically replenish themselves with standard or magical darts, such that they are always full. Some sheaths also create darts made of special materials, such as adamantine, cold iron, or alchemical silver.

Once a dart is taken from the quiver, it must be used within 1 round or it vanishes.

Moderate conjuration; CL 7th; Craft Wondrous Item, magic weapon, minor creation; Price 28,000 gp (standard darts), 29,000 gp (masterwork darts), 32,000 gp (+1 darts), 44,000 gp (+2 darts), 64,000 gp (+3 darts), 92,000 gp (+4 darts), 128,000 gp (+5 darts); Add an additional +6,000 gp for adamantine darts, +4,005 gp for cold iron darts, or +200 gp for alchemical silver darts; Weight 1 lb.

The above is shamelessly ripped from HERE (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=books/fr/lonedrowstats).

Some thieves tools might be a good idea. And if you're not a dwarf, some goggles of darkvision.

Silk rope. Grease. Aniseed (for those pesky guard dogs). Weaponblack. A mask. A LG holy symbol, in case you need to fast-talk some Paladin types. A glass cutter. A towel (you have to know where your towel is). A short hollow tube for breathing through whilst cowering in the moat. Smokesticks. A donkey to carry all this rubbish.

But best of all, a small booklet entitled 'Changing Your Career'...

Okay thaks guys, especially Sproik, you made a fine list of basic stuff a rogue needs!

But are there more wonderous items or rings or whatever out there that fit to a rogue expect goggles of darkvision? I never played a rogue so I have really no idea.

Elven cloak and boots, vest of escape, belt of dwarvenkind (even better than the goggles), dust of disappearance, elixir of hiding, elixir of sneaking, elixir of vision, goggles of minute seeing, hand of the mage (very useful), heward's handy haversack, bag of holding, ring of mind shielding, ring of invisibility (doh), salve of slipperiness, anything that grants you the ability to ignore concealment and cover bonuses.

Cloak of the arachnidae.
You can move through webs and sneak attack anyone entangled in it.
Also lets you cast web once per day.
And spiderclimb.

Circlet of Persuasion.

It gives a +3 to charisma based checks (like Bluff and Diplomacy and Gather Information and Use Magic Device).

No Rogue/Bard should be without one!

As a rogue you may find yourself in rather uncomfortable situations. So I recommend to always carry along a potion of gaseous form.
