A Spell I've Devised, Comments on its relative Balance are Welcome! [Archive] - Wizards Community

Range: One Industrial Age Archipelago touched
Area: 3,000 mile radius burst
Duration: Seemingly Forever
Spell Resistance: No
Saving Throw: Will Partial

An Archipelago you touch explodes in a sphere of imperialism dealing 1d6 points of damage per level of the caster to political relations for years to come in a 3,000 mile burst centered on the target. Additionally, the target must succeed on a Will save or be blinded for 1d10 per caster level years.

Material Component: A south pacific fleet with at least 50,000 aircraft and a God-Emperor worth 1,000,000 gp.
XP Cost: Loss of Traditional Values

11-04-05, 11:59 PM I've been considering making a Weapons of Destruction, Mass as it fits quite well but I'd have to do something else with it. I do find the implied Weapons of Destruction or Weapons of Destruction, Lesser quite amusing.
