I don't think so. Sheltered vitality does, IMO.

08-29-06, 02:05 PM Construct essence (Artificer 5, Sor/Wiz 5), from Races of Eberron, gives you a whole range of construct-like resistances and immunities, which includes immunity to ability damage.

Only if your DM is very lenient. Nothing in the Constitution Drain ability says it actually uses negative energy, so death ward doesn't protect against it.
