Im getting ready to make a bunch of spells for the comedy campaign im doing, and I've run into a question: If a spell could be either one of two different categories, what decides where it goes.

An Example: Whats In The Leather Baggie?

Basically the caster throws down a leather bag, and anyone within a certain distance thats able to see it has to make a Willpower save or feel compelled to possess and open the baggie at all costs, including fighting his own friends over it. The compulsion ends when someone manages to grab and open the bag, at which point he is attacked by a swarm of Vorpal Shrews that come from inside the bag. Do you make this a Conjuration or an Enchantment?

Because its effect is first dependent upon compulsion, I'd make it enchantment.

I would not add it to more than one school. Then you face the potential paradox of a spell being one in which a wizard can be both specialized and prohibited.
