This is a goofy request for a file from years back (1996?).

Someone created the Looney Tunes' ACME items and illusions. I would like a copy if anyone has it.

For example, Portable Hole (Phase Wall) was painted on a wall, the first character could make it through but anyone else would hit the wall.

Illusion spells were like the character pointing up into the air in front of their face. If the opponent failed a save, he would look up to see: a safe, a piano, a vault, etc. and he was standing on the "X".

ACME Ring of Invisibility - You say the command word for invisibility and the ring turns invisible.

Completely nonsense but fun for an off night.

You are in luck as far as the first request goes. The DMG beat you to the punch. Nolzur's Marvelous Pigments a wonderous item that does precisely what Wile E. Coyote "Super Genius" unintentionally did. The ring is a good one, though I've seen similar stuff in campaigns before.

One DM gave everyone "useless items".
The ring of fire resistance. The ring was fire resistant, the bearer... not so much. The anvil of expedious retreat. Slowed you back down to normal speed. The anvil of feather fall. Complete with "ez-store backpack." The best was the "futility belt" roll a %. 1-99- you gain an item that is not only useless in the current situation but, it harmful. (e.g. While being attacked by a swarm of fire ants, Jimbo pulled out a flask from the "futility belt", which then exploded in his hands dealing 1d6 fire damage and covering him in sticky hot molases. This cause the ants to stay on him and stuck him in place.) In short you had to roll a 1 in 1 million to get the perfect item for the situation. Which was some number of consecutive 100's. Great fun.

I always liked the too-literally-named boots of blinding speed: continuous haste and blindness effects. ;)

A ring of feather fall on a bird is a torture device.
A feather of summon mount is a bordello accessory.

While playing a 2ed game, the DM gave me a, "Ring of Jump". No, it didn't grant me higher or longer jumps, nor did the ring itself jump. Instead, when activated, I teleported to behind a target person (DM's choice the first time because I didn't know the ring was going to act this way) and got a free hit on them. The ring could of basically been called a ring of mugging after that. It worked well for my character (kind of breaking the whole "useless" part of the post), but the other player characters started to hate me for having it (as I often had to "jump" them to get out of some tight situations).
