Can someone tell me how much this costs? I can't seem to find it, I'd like to add the Improved Sunder feat to a sword.

Couldn't find how much it cost in the DM guide, if someone can point me to it, or just post how much it cost that would be great :)

I don't think there is a set formula for such things. I've seen weapon enhancements that do give feat like abilities such as precision (PRecise Shot feat) in the Arms and Equipment guidea (+1 weapon enhancement). Since Precise Shot is on the 2nd tier of the feat tree for Point Blank Shot, I would guess Improved Sunder feat as a +1 weapon enhancement would be fair since Improved Sunder is on the second tier of the Power Attack feat tree.

there are guidlines, though not really solid rules, in Arms and Equipment Guide (a 3.0 book).

Actually, there's a specific answer to this question, if I recall it correctly:

Improved Sunder: +1 bonus cost to weapon
Sundering (Psionic) special weapon ability: Wielder gains Improved Sunder feat (Expanded Psionics Handbook)
