If someone dies if/when they are ressurected they are the same age they were when they died right? So I could be older than my older brother, if he died and I waited three years to bring back to life?

The way we've always played, yeah. Resurrection basically just brings you back to the same physical state (age and all) that you were before you died (minus wounds, of course).

Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to resurrect someone dead for a long time (since they would be old men by that time), and you also couldn't use resurrection as a tool for immortality (if you could come back younger than you were when you died).

You come back in the same body you died in with everything except reincarnation. Gray hairs and all.
