Name says it all!

I'm mostly looking for ways to improve your items durability through spells.

Please let me know where you got the spell from and what type it is.

Metalline - spell equivalent would be a great example.

All I can think of is:

Holy Sword
Ghost Touch Weapon
Brilliant Weapon
Weapon of Energy
Keen Edge
Weapon Shift
Sonic Weapon
Magic Weapon Greater

Mighty Wallop and Greater Mighty Wallup from Races of the Dragon, whose spelling might be a bit off (too lazy to check the book right now), increase the damage of bludgeoning weapons by one size category or at least one size category up to five depending on caster level, respectively.

Harden (Eberron Campaign Setting), increase an items hardness be 1/caster level. Instantaneous effect.

Harden (Eberron Campaign Setting), increase an items hardness be 1/caster level. This is redone as Hardening (Spell Compendium, pages 109-110); you get +1 hardness for each 2 caster levels.

Sign of Sealing (Spell Compendium, pages 189-190) toughens up a door, chest, or other openable item.

I'm a little confused about what the OP wants, because most of the spells listed don't do anything to improve the weapon's durability. Greater Magic Weapon and Holy Sword both make your weapon effectively +N, and each +1 enhancement gives +2 hardness and +10 hit points. But spells like Brilliant Blade and Keen Edge do diddly as far as durability.

For nonmagical metal stuff you should start with adamantine, with 20 hardness and +50% hit points. There's also Dwarvencraft (Races of Stone) to increase hardness and hit points at creation; it's limited to metal and stone items.
