First off thei deals with the two kinds fo displacement cloaks. They say they act exactly as the spell, except the lesser gives only a 20% miss chance. Does this still allow for a sneak attack to fail as it does with the 50%??

Also the miss chance applied to all attack rolls. What about opposed attack rolls?? Like do they get a miss chance for disarm, they go for a parry and your sword is displaced?? Or the same sort of idea for a grapple, they go for a head lock and your head is not there??

Since the major cloak only works for 15 rounds each day does it need to be activated, or is it always on and only works against 15 rounds of it being used??

Doesn't also concealment granted from displacement also negate critical hits?? or am I just crazy?

Yes. A miss chance or concealment negates Sneak Attack.

It applies to attack rolls where an opponent is attempting to hit you or an object you're attending. For example: To start a grapple they make a touch attack (with the miss chance). Once you're grappling your're not making attacks. You are making opposed grapple checks, therefor, no miss-chance.

Unless it says otherwise, you may turn the item on and off using a Standard Action. Most I know allow them to be turned off as a Free Action.
