Anyone else out there allowing other named bonuses besides enhancement and inherent to affect stats? Namely exalted, sacred, profane, luck, etc.

Obviously armor, natural armor, and resistance wouldn't make sense.

Just wondering if I am allowing too much by letting the players and myself do this.

Actually, I've seen profane and sacred bonuses to Armor Class, attacks, and saves in a few different WotC books. It's not terribly common, but it does exist.

As to your question, I don't see a problem with other bonuses, such as sacred or profane, applying to an ability score. That is, of course, so long as such bonuses are properly treated as extremely valuable and not a mere commodity.

Depends on the campaign. I'd allow such things as unique items that I, the DM, put into the loot deliberately on rare occasion, but I would not allow people to make or buy anything that gives you those kinds of bonuses.

Defenders of the Faith had the "Command" special ability for armor that granted a Competence bonus to Charisma.

(In the A&EG, the same ability grants a Competence bonus to Charisma checks.)

BoVD has certain drugs that grant an Alchemical bonus to ability scores.
