10-25-04, 08:42 PM In light of the Libris Mortis MetaMagic Feat called Song Of The Dead(?) which allows mind affecting spells to affect undead, could the Charm Domain be an excellent Necromancer choice? Could one use Charm person in lui of Control Undead? How about Geas and Lesser Gease? Suggestion? Hypnosis?
What do you think? I dont have Libris Mortis so Im wildly speculating.
The Gease spells could especially expand your number of controled undead.
Would this work?

10-25-04, 10:35 PM Does it require using a higher slot? If so, then I don't think it would be worth it.
If not, then it might be a decent combination.

10-25-04, 11:12 PM I don't have LM at the moment, but I think that would be largely ineffective. A good deal of undead don't have Intelligence scores, making them immune to such enchantments anyway. I suppose it could be useful against the subset that do. (Of course, none of this is applicable if the feat in question affects even mindless undead.)
