| Storm Seeker09-05-04, 05:11 AM | Hi guys, I have an important question for you all. Note that it's about D&D 3.0, not 3.5! If I use Alter Self, can I change, for example, into a "malaugrim"(Monsters of Faerun)? The spell description doesn't say anything about the type of creatures avaiable...it only talks about weight(+0.5*your weight or -0.5*your weight)and about adding or subtracting one or two appendages. The "malaugrim"'s weight is about like a human's and it has three appendages, so I think it's possible... What do you think about it? Please answer as early as you can!I need it! Bye! |

| Storm Seeker09-05-04, 07:46 AM | Thank you very much! Not exactly "levitating" and nothing else..I have powerful combos...taking the feat:assume supernatural ability I can change in almost everithing thanks to the malaugrim's alternate form(the first change is a standard action and the following ones are free actions, because it works like "shapechange").I also get the type and the Ex abilities of the forms. And if I take the assume supernatural ability for a 12 headed pyro-hydra(24 heads if i cut them and let them regrow)breath.I can deal 72d6 of fire damage every 1d4 rounds...Anyway,thank you again!Bye! |
